GOLD RUSH
This small-batch artisan cider is made from a single varietal apple, Gold Rush. It’s one of the last to ripen in the orchard each year, but it is well worth the wait. At first pour, its golden-hue is true to its name. The flavor is rich, complex, and not overly sweet.
